It was a LUXURY hotel, we really enjoyed it. Fantastic service from the staff too. Nearby Vinoteca Aduana - great place to chill out.

the staff and views at the hotel were very good, everything was amazing. a comfortable place for cruise in cartagena. we were moved to a luxury double room and had a mini-bar, television and a writing table.

Montesacro Resto, set within 5 minutes' walk, was the best for dining. The hotel was perfect, as expected.
